The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Luis, who always greeted us with a smile and even went out of his way to help us find a kettle at midnight.

The mattress was hard, and despite our complaint and a switch of the mattresses, it didn’t significantly improve the comfort level.

I noticed there was no safe in my room, and the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter for better visibility. it’s a decent spot to rest after busy days, but a few upgrades could enhance the experience further.
