The staff were very friendly and cute, especially Luis, who always greeted us with a smile and even went out of his way to help us find a kettle at midnight.
The mattress was hard, and despite our complaint and a switch of the mattresses, it didn't significantly improve the comfort level.

I noticed there was no safe in my room, and the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter for better visibility. It's a decent spot to rest after busy days, but a few upgrades could enhance the experience further.

Charming small hotel with accommodating staff at all times, appreciated our staying. Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a tree-lined pedestrian street. The breakfast was satisfactory, had a lot of options and the food was healthy.

Geographical situation , quiet street, staff is friendly.
The smell of the sewer in the bathroom, the window in the yard of the well, heard the neighbors.
